Taxes

The Village sends out tax bills once a year, on July 1st. Taxes are due, without penalty, on September 14th of each year. After September 14th, a 1% per month penalty will apply. After February 28th, unpaid real property taxes are turned over to the Washtenaw County Treasurer for collection. Taxes may be obtained visiting the links below, by calling the Village Treasurer at (734) 426-8303 x 14, or by email to msherry@villageofdexter.org.
